If you do not have a clear view of any approaching traffic
If you cannot see clear road ahead for 100 metres
If you cannot see clear road ahead for 75 metres
Explanation: You must not overtake when approaching a crest, bend or dip in the road where there is not a clear view for a sufficient distance ahead to allow you to overtake with safety
