On the approach to a railway level crossing, ahead of the crossing markings and of any gate or boom.
What to do
Reduce speed, look and listen, and move onto the crossing only when the road beyond it is clear. If you have to stop, stop at least 3 m from the track or behind the stop line. Never race a train, and where there are two tracks, one train can hide another.
